At the heart of our work lies a foundation built on Caring, Compassion, and Giving. Keep Hope Alive USA (KHA USA) is dedicated to addressing the challenges and aspirations of children, families, and the broader community.

We work closely with the Foster Care Division of the Department of Social Services to provide meaningful support to vulnerable individuals and families in our care, including those participating in foster care and adoption programs.

Through various approaches such as positive reinforcement, hospitality, empathy, respect, in-home interventions, open family communication, and practical assistance, we strive to assist families in developing effective solutions to their unique challenges.
