Foster Care Case Management
Keep Hope Alive USA (KHA) works with parents and foster parents to help reduce and alleviate difficult issues families face, such as abuse and neglect; challenges that necessitate removal from home, and individuals to be placed in the custody of the state. KHA believes if a child can be returned safely to their home, then the best place for the child is the home of the parent.
The program helps newborns to age 18 in the custody of the state, who have been separated from their parents’ custody due to abuse, neglect, or mental health issues. We do everything possible to ensure the safety of the child in order that they may reunite with their parents; if all options are exhausted, we have alternated partners to help navigate the child into a safe foster caregiver home, guardianship, or adoption.
We coordinate and facilitate all services necessary to support the permanent placement of the children in care. A case manager’s number one priority is the safety of the child while assessing, support and court reports, funds authorization for services to families, resource acquisition, transportation, and visitation.
KHA USA believes all children deserve a safe and permanent home. We coordinate with parents and caretakers during these tough times to help reduce the challenges of the family. Help One, Help Millions
